10 acres of the most beautiful property was the perfect backdrop for this 3-story remodel. We pretty much gutted every single room and started over, taking down multiple walls. We wanted the mountain view to take front stage so everything led to the view. All the bathrooms are showstoppers with various wallpapers, bold finishes, and detailed molding. Every room is unique with it’s own personality. For instance, in the primary bedroom, we went with this bold dark double brick fireplace, wood beams, velvet curtains, and a 4-poster bed. Personally, the best room in the house I think is the kitchen! It’s gorgeous with the black appliances, hardwood floors, custom cabinets, and quartz countertops. The large walk in pantry we created is amazing for storage and is right next to a laundry room with terracotta floors and green cabinets. Make sure you check out the basement with its speakeasy bar area, game room, double bedroom, fun bathroom (check out the art!), and even a wine cellar. Then there’s the upstairs with the boy and girl’s rooms, connecting bathroom, and loft reading area. Of course, the backyard speaks for itself with the pool, sauna, fire pit area, and double swing back porch. Enjoy the tour!! This was a fun one!
