Old Diamond In The Rough Client

Over 100 years old, this adorable home had lots of potential hiding under years of neglect. After refinishing the original beams/woodwork, wood floors, etc., they are now ready to be enjoyed once again! We ended up taking down the wall between the dining room and kitchen, adding in a pantry, refinishing a large porch, reconfiguring a primary bath, and pretty much touching every surface in the home. The style was keeping with the cottage feel but adding in some modern touches. My client loved the color green so we did this beautiful green tile surround in the primary bath and repeated the green color on the kitchen island and laundry room builtins. It’s nice to restore this home to it’s former glory!
