The Morgan Family Is Bringing Vintage Back

This home is still a work in progress. We started small……..really small with a powder bathroom about 16 square feet. We just finished another full bathroom renovation with walk in shower and large French style vanity. We did yet another bathroom with copper claw foot tub and Mediterranean inspired tile surround. The kitchen was a large reno with all new flooring reminiscent of vintage ceiling tiles, all new cabinets, oversized farmhouse sink, and large double islands. We added as much functional storage as possible. Each room will have it’s unique flair and vintage feel. It’s an old family homestead that has been in my family for years. My clients are wanting to keep all the charm of the cottage (less the mold and faux wood walls). These clients aren’t afraid of color or patterns so this has been a really FUN project! Eventually we are doing a large 1000 sq foot addition and complete exterior renovation so stay tuned!
