Dress It Up Client Home

This single mom now has all of her kids in college and is ready to make her home a little more adult friendly! We decided to make the entire basement into a hangout zone for game nights, movie marathons, and the perfect getaway for guests! Loving all bright colors and lots of artwork, we decided to go bold with 7- foot long wall hangings and bright ruggable rugs (washable for any pets that stay). We divided the open basement into four zones including a comfy living area that encourages conversation, reading nook, dining area with lots of room, and another small seating area that can double as dining.

Then upstairs, we transformed a teenage girl’s bedroom into a guest room. My client wanted a fun but still zen place for guests to enjoy the Mountain View. We added a good spot for relaxing by the windows and extra storage options for those guests staying a little longer. Small transformations that make a big impact are my favorite!
